1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Dispatch

  • You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • To cancel, visit your account order page or contact our support team at care@qadrilifecare.com

  • Once cancellation is confirmed, any amount paid will be refunded as per Section 3 below.

1.2 After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.

  • If you do not wish to accept a delivered order, please follow the Return & Refund steps in Section 2.


2. Returns & Refunds

2.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.

  • Product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Products such as prescription medicines, temperature-sensitive medical supplies, or items marked non-returnable cannot be returned unless defective.

2.2 How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide photo/video evidence of the issue (if applicable).

  3. Follow return instructions provided by the support team.

  4. Return the product in original packaging to the address provided.


3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

  • Refunds are not issued for:

    • Opened or used products (unless defective).

    • Products missing original packaging.

    • Change of mind after delivery.

3.2 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refund processing timeline:

    • Digital payments: within 5–7 business days.

    • Bank transfers / wallets: may vary by provider.


4. Partial Cancellations

If your order contains multiple items and only some items are eligible for return:

  • We will issue a refund only for the eligible returned items.

  • Shipping or transaction charges may be proportionally adjusted.


5. Order Modifications

  • Order changes (like address updates or product changes) can be requested before dispatch.

  • Once the order is dispatched, modifications are not possible.


6. Exceptions & Special Cases

6.1 Medical or Custom Products

  • Certain custom-made or prescription-based healthcare products may not be eligible for refunds or returns, unless they are defective.

6.2 Force Majeure

  • In cases such as natural disasters or system outages, Qadrilifecare reserves the right to adjust timelines for cancellations or refunds reasonably.
